At Suns Lifestyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and outdoor furniture; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is disassembled and securely placed in its original packaging, as we can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove courier service to schedule a convenient time to collect the furniture from your property.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
